FAQ

You’ll use your Adobe login in order to access the courses. From the login screen, enter your PirateNet@shu.edu email. This will trigger the authentication process into your Adobe account provided by Seton Hall.


How do I access Adobe Creative Cloud? Users need to opt-in for access to Adobe Creative Cloud using the registration form here: SHU Tech Form. It’s important that you use your PirateNet credentials to access Adobe Creative Cloud. This will give you access to all of the Adobe products. Visit the Seton Hall IT Adobe Student Instructions page to find out more.


No. Access to the course and course material is included for all Seton Hall University students. All you have to do is register with your Adobe ID to access the curated content.


Unlike other platforms where you’re only able to watch content, these interactive courses are specifically designed for you to walk away with a digital badge acknowledging the time you spent learning. Level up your skills while earning a new certificate to add to your resume or professional network profile.


After you create an account using the email associated with your Adobe ID, you’ll be prompted to enroll in the available courses. Once enrolled, complete the lessons and accompanying activities at your own pace. All your progress is auto-saved. When you’ve completed the course, you’ll receive your certificate and badge to share with your network.


Share them on your resume, school profile, and social network via LinkedIn and Facebook to stand out in your job search, grad school candidacy, and more.


The time to complete the course and earn the badge is approximately 2 hours, broken into modules lasting from 5 to 15 minutes each. Your progress will be auto-saved so you can work on your own schedule.
