In this 1-hour activity, the third of a five-part sequence, students will build and test a working prototype of their ecology review app. Students will use Adobe XD The principles of user experience (UX) design create an interactive prototype that builds on their wireframe design and gives function to their form. Illustrating the Impact

This 30-minute lesson plan gives students a chance to take an abstract movement such as Black Lives Matter or school spirit and make it concrete with imagery. Using their images from an earlier photography assignment where they worked to develop their theme with a small group, in Adobe Photoshop, students will use the pen tool as well as learn to apply blending modes to enhance the black and white image or to enhance the most dominant colour captured in the photo.
