In this video, I’m teaming up with Adobe (#AdobePartner) to walk you through a quick breakdown of my workflow in Adobe Substance 3D Painter using a droid concept I designed. I’ll show you how I organized the project, share some simple texturing tips to keep your materials dynamic and easily adjustable, and do a quick test render using a ‘one-click’ setup all within Substance 3D Painter! It’s a straightforward look at how I approached this piece, with a few insights along the way. in a nutshell: ✅ Project Setup Tips – using multiple texture sets to group objects based on material properties to simplify the texturing workflow. ✅ Flexible texturing workflow – Organizing your layer stack, using a non-destructive workflow, to easily update things like colour, contras, level of details, wear and tear, etc. ✅ Quick Rendering Test – A one-click Iray render setup to produce a high-quality presentation render for your concept without leaving the application. I hope these simple but effective tips will help you simplify your workflow and take your textures to the next level! 👉 Check out more tutorials on the Adobe Substance 3D YouTube Channel: https://adobe.ly/Substance3DYT 🔥 Enjoyed this breakdown?
