How to disable the auto conversion of text to editable text? Or how to set such that once converted and recognise, the app does not redo this? Whenever I click Edit and either of its sub-functions, this auto page conversion / font recognition pops up and it takes forever. When I exit and reuse the Edit function, this auto page conversion / font recognition happens again. and again. and again for each page. It becomes super slow and tedious to use Adobe Pro because of this. And unsurprisingly, sometimes the app crashes! (My laptop is new and I am running on Windows 10 Pro).

Hello, Can Adobe update your list of fonts? Somehow when I try to print to pdf from MS Word using Adobe Print, I get this postscript error .txt message. The only fonts used in the particular word doc are: Arial, Verdana and Georgia (although the doc default was Aptos).

Why did attachment disappear after a document is sent for e-sign? What is the signer going to refer to if there is no attachment to see? What is the purpose of having an attachment function when at the end of the day, the attachment is going to disappear? Sent for e-sign using both app and web app. Same thing - attachment disappeared after doucment is sent out for e-signature.

Just tested - seems like all okay now. I can upload my doc and request e-sign already. Though I hope there can be some accountability as to why and how the error could happen in the first place. It has definitely caused us much inconvenience.

When I tried to send a doc for e-sign today on https://acrobat.adobe.com, I keep getting the error message "sorry, something went wrong". This has never happened before. When I tried to click on the 'i' (which I supposed would've at least explain what was the error about) - nothing came up. Why I'm requesting for e-sign via the web app instead of in-app is because there is no password function in-app. Why am I encoutering this error and why can't you standardise the web app and in-app features? Why am I paying so much for this faulty app?

Hello, I want to password-protect a file before sending for e-sign. "Request e-signatures" function then greys out the moment I use either the "Protect with Password" or "Encrypt with Password". So does it mean once I add some form of password to the pdf, requesting e-signatures becomes impossible? Also, if I use "Encrypt with Password" function, does this mean recipients of the pdf would still need to input a password to open the file, if I check "Require a password to open the document"? Somehow, I managed to send my password-encypted file earlier for e-sign. The signed file also came back encrypted: how I know is because when I tried to print, I got the error "this PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file". Does this mean that only the designated recipients of the file (i.e., the e-signatories) can open, view and sign my file? Thank you.
