I've created a fillable form in Adobe Acrobat.  Is there a way to print all context in the text boxes?  On the form you can scroll to read all content in the text boxes but we need a printed version of this as well.

Thank you.  I do have the text size set to auto but depending on how much information the applicant is including, the font size then becomes too small to read.  The text boxes on the form are already large and I'd rather not increase the length of the form by making them any larger.  I was hoping there was a print function to include all text in a scrolling text box field.

No, there isn't such a functionality. You need to ask the users to limit the number of characters or you need to make the box bigger.

Thanks for confirming that this isn't posssible in the current program I'm using.  Do you know if this print feature would be included with Adobe Experience Manager Forms?  I was reading that LiveCycle used to be able to perform this function but isn't supported any longer and has been replaced by Adobe Experience Manager Forms.  Appreciate your help!

You could probably write a javascript to get the needed functonality. But I fear, that would be quite complex, however.

I do not know Adobe Expierence Manager forms.

Hi @Lenae35726076s69d

++ Adding to the correct suggestion by try67

Please set the font size to auto in the text field properties. This will make the the text smaller and fit to the text field as you type and when you print the PDF all the text will be visible.

-Open the PDF form

-Go to Tools > Prepare Form > Double click on the Text field

- This will open the text field properties dialogue box.

-Under 'Appeareance Tab' Set Font Size to 'Auto' and click close and then try to print.

I can't believe this is STILL an issue I have looked up this answer at least for the past 3 years to see if there has been any changes to address this issue which has been a problem for at least 15 years!!!  That's crazy.  Does anyone have any suggestions for any other products that they may recommend for form development?  TY
