Introducing the February 2021 release of Captivate Prime

The February 2021 release of Adobe Captivate Prime focuses on improving Learner Experience, Reporting and Administrative workflows. Some of the highlights include:

• New filters to assist learners in searching for Trainings.
• A brand-new Training Report for Administrators.
• A new ‘trigger’ and ‘action’ in Learning Plans.

What's new and changed

Board view in social

A Learner can see all boards in a list view. Sign in to your learner app and in your Social Learning page and see the boards as a list.

Social banner Customization

The Administrator can customize the title and the subtitle that appear on the header image on the Social Learning homepage.

Catalog filters

As a learner, you can now filter training based on the format of training, for example, Classroom, Self-paced, or Virtual Classroom.

Unenrollment from training

When adding a Learning Plan, an Administrator can unenroll users from specific trainings based on certain triggers.

Import users from Salesforce contacts

Captivate Prime now enhances the Salesforce connector to fetch Contacts as well as Salesforce Users and import them into Captivate Prime automatically.

Updated AEM component

The AEM package for Captivate Prime has been updated. To download the latest package and for instructions, see Integrate Captivate Prime with AEM.

Other enhancements

In addition, there are enhancements to reporting, Learning Transcripts, and timezone.
