We need an "User Administrator" role that can add / remove non-admin users to the organization, but cannot create other administrators. Right now, in order to CSV upload new users, you must the the all-power System Admin. "User Group Admin" can provision products but not new users, so there's a gap between "100% control" and "I just need to add / remove standard users" that the new role would fix. Better yet, just let us create custom, granulated, RBAC roles.

Ah, so would mine (and so would I). I'm saying there should be options in Adobe Admin Console to report on things. For example, you can export directory users, why not last login time in that export? You can go to Settings and get a Content Log report, why not a Product Usage report?

Currently? I've asked for that since 2018, that's half a decade and counting. With the DOJ suing Adobe for subscription practices, isn't it time that Adobe offers basic usage reporting?

Can we get a "last logged on" report in the user export? I want to manage our license assignments, and right now everybody that asks for an Adobe licenses gets one. I want to remove inactive users to control license allocation. I could not find a report. According to Adobe Support, they cannot track login activity because we use named user licenses. They did suggest that I could export the Content Logs, that's better than nothing but a last activity would make much more sense.
