• HB 1762 (Rep. Ann Flood, R-Northampton): Amends "An act to facilitate the use of electronic funds transfer systems by providing that credits to accounts in financial institutions designated by recipients shall satisfy legal requirements for payments by cash or checks," to update Pennsylvania law to allow an employer to pay employees exclusively by electronic means through use of direct deposit or a payroll card.

• HB 711 (Rep. Perry Stambaugh, R-Perry/Cumberland): Amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to require that all candidates for office and political action committees (PACs) in Pennsylvania use the Department of State’s online filing system to electronically file campaign finance reports.

• SB 155 (Sen. Doug Mastriano, R-Franklin): Amends Title 12 (Commerce and Trade) to increase the terms of appointment to the Pennsylvania Military Community Enhancement Commission from two to three years.

• SB 573 (Sen. Doug Mastriano, R-Franklin): Amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to permit all registered voters of Pennsylvania will be eligible to be a poll watcher in any precinct in the state of Pennsylvania.

• SB 764 (Sen. Dave Argall, R-Schuylkill): Amends the Administrative Code to require formal training for staff members of the Department of State on their legislative responsibilities.

• SB 818 (Sen. Judy Ward, R-Blair): Amends the Healthcare Facilities Act to align procedures permitted in licensed Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) with that of other states and federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

• SB 1105 (Sen. Pat Browne, R-Lehigh): Act making appropriations to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania.

• SB 1159 (Sen. Michele Brooks, R-Mercer): Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance act to extend Act 118 of 2020 that allows clubs to use the 60% of Small Games of Chance money to cover the general operating expenses of the club, including rent, payroll and utilities, during an emergency disaster.

• SB 1283 (Sen. Pat Browne, R-Lehigh): Act providing for funding for State-related universities for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, for costs basis, for frequency of payments and for recordkeeping requirements; imposing a duty on the Auditor General; providing for financial statements, for the Agricultural College Land Scrip Fund and for restrictions; and making appropriations.

• SB 1284 (Sen. Pat Browne, R-Lehigh): A Supplement to the act of April 1, 1863 (P.L.213, No.227), entitled "An act to accept the grant of Public Lands, by the United States, to the several states, for the endowment of Agricultural Colleges," making an appropriation from a restricted account within the Agricultural College Land Scrip Fund.

• SB 1199 (Sen. Devlin Robinson, R-Allegheny/Washington): Amends the Port of Pittsburgh Commission Act to modernize the membership of the Port of Pittsburgh Commission Board.

Dawn Keefer, R-York/Cumberland): Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to remove PennDOT’s authority to implement any regulations governing Intrastate Commerce than outlined within the FMCSA’s minimum requirements for a states’ laws and regulations governing commercial motor vehicles and commercial vehicles drivers engaged in Intrastate commerce and not subject to federal jurisdiction.

• HB 1813 (Rep. Milou Mackenzie, R-Northampton/Lehigh/Montgomery): Amends the Public School Code to allow military children to access registration and enrollment to a school district at the same time it is open to the general population.

• HB 2367 (Rep. Zachary Mako, R-Northampton/Lehigh): Act providing for duty of Department of Environmental Protection to prohibit the construction or installation of wind turbines that negatively affect military installations, for duties of wind turbine owners and for authorization processes.

• HB 2619 (Rep. Jesse Topper, R-Fulton/Franklin/Bedford): Amends the Public School Code to create a performance-based funding incentive for PA state-related universities.

• HB 2667 (Rep. Rob Mercuri, R-Allegheny): Amends Title 7 (Banks and Banking) to provides updates to the regulation of remote mortgage brokers.

• HB 2702 (Rep. Tim Hennessey, R-Chester/Montgomery): Act providing for the highway capital budget project itemization for the fiscal year 2022-2023 to be financed from current revenue or by the incurring of debt.

• SB 635 (Sen. John Yudichak, I-Luzerne): Amends Title 12 (Commerce and Trade) to enhance and expand the C-PACE program.

• SB 1094 (Sen. Chris Gebhard, R-Lebanon): Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to modernize the Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee (MCSAC) originally established via Act 21 of 2001.
