Woolard Technology Center: Agriculture Camden, SC

Located in Camden, SC stands the Woolard Technology Center (WTC). This facility offers many programs to all high school students in the Kershaw County School District. One of these amazing programs is, agriculture.

CUrriculum

There is a range of courses in the Plant and Animal Systems pathway. The program has an emphasis on animal science. Students get to work hands on with a variety of domestic and livestock species during class.

Meet the teacher

The agriculture instructor and FFA advisor is Ms. Audrey Cutlip. She was born in raised in Blythewood SC and has a passion for animals and education. Ms. Cutlip is a recent Clemson University grad where she majored in Agricultural Education.

WTC FFA

The National FFA Organization is the largest student led organization in the country with over 700,000 members nationwide. Students are involved at the chapter, state, and national levels. Here at WTC we have a chapter of our own. Our students complete in Career Development Events, travel to conferences and conventions, attend and run local meetings, volunteer in the community, obtain leadership roles and so much more within the organization.
