- Description: .Scarborough Nature Lodge is situated in the heart of adventure and caters for surfers, kite surfers, mountain bikers, climbers, hikers, ocean paddlers and a whole lot more. This is a perfect getaway for the adventurous AND those wanting to immerse themselves in a good book or just hang out in a hammock. The Lodge comprises two cottages and two Treetops Cabins tucked away into the Scarborough mountainside, overlooking the ocean and pristine sandy beach below. The units can be booked either individually, or the entire lodge can be booked for groups of up to nine adults. Great for family holidays or groups of friends travelling together.
- Accommodation: The accommodation currently comprises of 2 units on a self-catering basis that sleep 6 persons. It has been stylishly decorated with breathtaking views.
- Treetops Cabins: These were designed and built for free-spirited nature lovers, kite boarders and windsurfers, in fact for all the adventurous at heart wanting to live in the simplicity of nature. You can literally chill on your double bed and watch the swell turn to a pumping point break or the wind reach the perfect speed and direction - then head out to surf or explore paradise. Treetop cabins has 2 cabins that sleep two people each. Communal kitchen and ablution facility.
Stone Cottage: This is an immaculate, secluded cottage perched on the mountainside overlooking the ocean below, sleeps 2 people. After a peaceful night’s sleep in a king size bed, wake up to panoramic views of the ocean. The bedroom has an en-suite and inviting spa bath. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are below the bedroom and open out to a wooden deck with seating area, perfect for breakfast and sundowners in the evening. To the side of the deck is our feature outdoor shower – it certainly is special to shower surrounded by the branches and leaves of the magnificent Cape Rhus tree.
