In your opinion, what makes Magnolia Green stand out?
In my opinion, the events and amenities are the biggest standout in Magnolia Green. The events provide easy weekend plans that are in walking distance and most are family friendly. If they aren't family friendly, they are perfect for a date night out or the ability to spend time with your neighborhood friends.
What is your favorite social event in Magnolia Green?
It's a tie in my book. I love Friday at the Greens and the Pool Party! Both of these events allow for family attendance and the ability to spend time with your friends in the neighborhood (while watching our children exhausting themselves). It's perfect! We love any opportunity to spend more time making fun memories as a family, and if friends are involved it's always great!
Why did you choose Magnolia Green?
We chose Magnolia Green due to location. We wanted to be in Chesterfield County but in an area that was a bit further out from the city (funny as we both work in the city). We built in 2011 when the neighborhood was only Annandale Chase and Castle Farms. It has been amazing to see how much the neighborhood has grown! When we moved in the Arbor Walk pool did not even exist. We made such a perfect decision when we decided to build in Magnolia Green.

One word to describe Magnolia Green is evolving. From the time we moved here in 2011 to now we have seen Magnolia Green grow and change. From events, to pools, the golf course, neighborhoods, the farmers market and friends. Each year Magnolia Green gets better and better!
