Convocation august 27, 2018

"Radnor Proud" staff members rang in the 2018-19 school year at Convocation on Monday, August 27 at Radnor High School. The ceremony was preceded by a reception where new and reunited friends caught up and posed for photos.

Radnor High School Executive Director of Student Affairs Nick Camposano welcomes the crowd on behalf of the students.

Following a performance by the Radnor High School band, Superintendent Kenneth E. Batchelor shared opening remarks and introduced the morning's speakers, including School Board President Lydia Solomon and and Radnor High School Executive Director of Student Affairs Nick Camposano. Each speaker reflected on what the morning's theme, "Radnor Proud," meant to them.

Following the speeches, each school's principal introduced the new staff members joining their buildings for the 2018-19 school year.

Long-time employees were formally recognized for their service to Radnor students and the community. Each staff member celebrating 10, 20, 30-plus and 40-plus school years of service was individually recognized and presented with a certificate and pin.
