- Description: Eastbury Cottage offers comfortable and affordable self-catering and B&B accommodation in Hermanus. Four units sleep from 2 to 4 persons. Each unit, tastefully decorated in a relaxed cottagey style, is fully equipped and has a private entrance and off-street parking. Each unit’s kitchenette is equipped with a two plate gas hob, electric frying pan, egg boiler, toaster, kettle, under counter fridge, microwave, gas grill or weber braai. Complimentary salt and pepper and dish washing liquid is also provided. Eastbury Cottage is child friendly and offers comfortable family accommodation in Hermanus at this popular and established guest house. An additional mattress can be supplied on request. The Courtyard Suite and Garden Cottage are pet friendly (on request) so that means the furry family can also be accommodated! Regret Loft is not pet friendly.

- The Garden Cottage - Self-catering in Hermanus – A sunny and quaint Garden Cottage
- The Garden Cottage is a free standing accommodation cottage that offers self-catering in Hermanus in a pretty enclosed garden at Eastbury Cottage. This fully equipped self-catering cottage accommodates 4 persons (Mum, Dad and two Kids) comfortably, making it family and child friendly. An open-plan studio type cottage accommodation unit with main bedroom, a lounge area with sunny bay window and has a wood burning FIREPLACE for cosy winter nights. The newly renovated kitchenette is fully equipped with a two plate gas cooker, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric frying pan, egg boiler etc, all lead to the fully enclosed private garden with a weber kettle braai and barbeque area. A small separate second bedroom with 2 single beds may serve as either, a dressing room for a couple who enjoys a longer stay, or for a family with 2 children up to the age of 12 years. A day bed in the main bedroom serves as an extra bed for shorter stays. The newly renovated bathroom now boasts a convenient walk in shower for our senior guests. We shall supply a baby bath for toddlers and babies. The Garden Cottage is also pet friendly, has no stairs and is easily accessible by senior citizens. The self-catering Garden Cottage is serviced daily except on public holidays (please see our policies here) A fan is provided for hot summer days, wall heaters and electric blankets for chilly winter nights. Free WiFi/internet is available via our Reception. A wall safe is provided in each unit. Laundry facilities are close by. A baby cot, feeding chair and stroller push cart are available on request. - The Courtyard Suite - Accommodation in Hermanus with a fireplace
- The Courtyard, tucked quietly behind the main dwelling, offers en suite bedroomed cosy accommodation in Hermanus with a fireplace at the foot of the king size bed (or twin beds). Popular with honeymoon couples and for birthday or anniversary celebrations, this romantic and peaceful room also offers the option of bed and breakfast or self-catering for preparation of light meals. Granny and Grandpa could find the Courtyard Suite very convenient for a bit of peace and quiet, while Mum and Dad and the kids are accommodated in the self-catering Garden Cottage, situated just a few meters away. The light self-catering galley kitchenette facility with gas plate cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, egg boiler and bar fridge (additional freezer space in main dwelling) is separate from the bedroom and serviced by our staff on a daily basis. You may use the gas grill for an outdoor braai in the Summer (Weber braai on request). The wood burning fireplace is a great attraction in Winter. We supply firewood for the fireplace. The compact en suite bathroom has a separate shower and bath. From the windows in the Courtyard you have a view to the North of its small, paved courtyard with garden furniture and on the South side, the neighbour’s shrub border. See floor plan underneath

- Upstairs at Eastbury Cottage, we have the spacious Loft Suite which offers superb Hermanus accommodation in the form of an apartment. This bright and sunny suite sleeps four adults very comfortably in 2 king size or 4 twin beds made to order. The sleeper couch can accommodate an additional guest for shorter stays. Please enquire about this facility. The lounge and dining area leads to an outside wooden deck. Here you may enjoy relaxed outdoor living, while soaking up the sun on warm summer days, or sipping sun downers on sultry evenings. Put your feet up and enjoy watching TV with DSTV or a complimentary DVD movie from our library. There is a shower bathroom with an extractor fan. The kitchenette offers self-catering in the form of a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, electric frying pan, egg boiler and gas cooker for light meal preparation or warming up take-out meals. There is a gas grill braai on the deck. Lovely views of the surrounding area and mountains can be enjoyed from this unit and makes the two bedroom Loft one of our most sought after units. - The Rose Room with its new king size bed (or twins) sleeps 2 persons. An inter leading bright sun room that looks out over the garden has a pull out day bed sleeping 2 additional guests. Original paintings, cottage furnishings, a full en suite, mosaic and marble tiled bathroom , are part of the attention to detail that offers you romantic accommodation in Hermanus. The stunning bathroom has been upgraded with a walk in shower and a beautiful corner bath with handles for the comfort of our more senior guests. The Rose Room is a firm favourite and a good choice for a special occasion or honeymoon to be spent in Hermanus at Eastbury Cottage. A small self-catering kitchenette service area and dining table and chairs gives you the convenient option of preparing light meals or heating take aways when you prefer a night in. Double cottage pane doors from the bedroom and sunroom, afford the Rose Room with a view of the garden and open onto a covered patio that is flanked by a big, old oak tree, where you can enjoy your breakfast or have a braai in the evenings. The Rose Room is on the level and adjacent to the parking, which makes it ideal for our more senior guests or young parents with a baby. A cot or mattress can be provided for a baby or child
