How to Participate in Tuesday's Budget Workshop and Laguna Beach City Council Meeting
City staff will make a presentation and answer questions regarding the Proposed Budget for FY 2020-21 at the Laguna Beach City Council budget workshop on Tuesday, June 23, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The budget workshop will be followed by the regular meeting of the City Council at 5:30 p.m. Both meetings will be held virtually, via Zoom.
This budget is a revision to the second year of the currently approved budget in light of the impacts of COVID-19. The City Council will also have an opportunity to hear from the public and provide direction to the City Manager before the Council is scheduled to adopt a revised budget on June 30, 2020.

Welcome New Laguna Beach Businesses: Yard Bar Patio Restaurant Now Open
With help from the Laguna Beach City Council's new Economic Recovery and Business Development plan, making it easier for businesses to open outdoor areas within the City, the Yard Bar Patio Restaurant has opened on Forest Avenue!
The Yard Bar is located in the outdoor courtyard space formerly occupied by The Grove, and offers appetizers, drinks and live music.
The Yard Bar is a little brother to the nearby Lumberyard restaurant, whose owners say City Councilmember Sue Kempf was instrumental in helping them open Yard Bar so quickly.
