Workforce Recruitment and Retention Learning Collaborative Informational Webinar
Thursday, March 28, 2019 4:00:00 PM Coordinated Universal Time - 5:00:00 PM Coordinated Universal Time
Recruiting and retaining a workforce is a major challenge for many organizations that provide mental health and addiction services. Vacant positions are common. Organization-wide turnover rates have been reported as high as 50% per year. High vacancy and turnover rates are costly to organizations, place a burden on existing employees, and decrease access to care and quality of care for individuals in need. This one hour informational webinar is specially geared toward interested parties who want to learn more about the training before making a commitment. It is also an opportunity to meet Dr. Michael Hoge, the presenter, and ask specific questions related to the subject matter that will be covered. The deadline for the learning collaborative application submission will be on April 5, 2019.
