In this one-hour webinar, join Drs. Alyssa Rockenbach and Lisa Davidson as they discuss new findings from the Interfaith Diversity Experiences & Attitudes Longitudinal Survey (IDEALS) project. Using data collected at both the outset of college and at the end of students’ first year, they will discuss key findings related to specific educational practices that have a positive effect on students' engagement with religious and worldview diversity.  

They will also discuss how to apply the key IDEALS findings presented in various areas within higher education, namely related to the first-year experience.  Participants will also learn about forthcoming IDEALS research that extends beyond students’ first year and that relates to a variety of areas on campus.
