A 'VC' Night Out A Closer Look At Themed Rooms and New Dishes Inside the famous Victoria Court Pasig

Personally, there isn't much to hide when it comes to hearing Victoria Court.

For a long time now and is available in various parts of Manila. But for others, the place is considered taboo -- known mostly as a haven for adult couples who wanted their much needed privacy when the time arises. But this is not some cheap place, you know. Victoria Court has all the attributes of being a top player in the game -- luxury comes with a price, and they perceive distinction most of all while living the philosophy that "The Customer Is King."

Victoria Court continuously advocates QSCV (Quality Service Cleanliness Value), and continues to make efforts to develop and implement new ideas in order to be better than its stiffest competitor --- itself.

Kids, this might not be something you should read about. Don't go here until you come of age, okay? Better yet, go here if YOU ARE GOING WITH your parents. Someone told me that he once saw a family check-in at Victoria Court because the food is so good. And a few weeks ago I myself experienced a night out beyond ordinary as they featured these dishes at one of their themed rooms called 'Cirque'.

Would you like to have some chocolate on your pasta? And Chef Victoria said..."wish granted."
Pasta Egg-splosion

Nothing is ever ordinary, even the pastas. The Pasta Egg-splosion is rich and creamy with the addition of salted eggs, while the Naughty and Nice pasta gets a good amount of sweet and salty with the use of chocolate and bacon!

At VC, you can check-in for some chick-en.
Spicy Chicken Platter

Choose from their classic or spicy (my fave) fried chicken, which wasn't really that spicy since I am tolerable to it. The gravy isn't the packaged kind, so it only proves that they really make their effort even in the smallest of details.

Let there be fish at VC.
Cajun Fish with Tropical Salsa

If you prefer a lighter fare, the Cajun Fish with Tropical Salsa is a good option, complete with sweet and tangy note from the salsa. I will admit that I needed to eat this with rice because I had to.

My egg yolks are dripping. Oh, you want some eggplant too?
Breakfast In Bed Pizza

That slice with the runny egg yolk is the best thing you can eat when you order VC's Breakfast In Bed Pizza. Or if you had a tiring day at work and needed to get a boost from veggies, the Pinakbet con Lechon is perfect for sharing, as with the other dishes at VC.

Guy 1: Dude I saw your car, you went to VC with her ha! Guy 2: Ah you did? We only went there for the crispy pata.

Legend has it that the Crispy Pata at Victoria Court is one of their bestsellers amongst couples. And I have to say that looking at this plate...is just absolutely stunning.

And it's true. For me, only three words describe the Crispy Pata in VC: MORE. RICE. PLEASE.

Make sweet endings even more sweeter with dessert (and I mean literally, dessert!)

You can always call the operator to ask about the desserts being offered at Victoria Court. Check out their menu for more options!

It's all about the VC BLACK Card.

Distinction is what exudes in a man when you have the VC Black Card. I mean, it's discreet, it's black, it's mysterious, but it's a damn good discount card. This baby entitles the bearer to as much as 20% discount on room rates, 10% discount on food and drinks, and even more discount for longer stays and party packages!

With different themed room fit for parties and events, Victoria Court is also one of the best places for all kinds of celebration! Simply choose a theme, and you can even ask them to cater food for you.

We were told to keep quiet, but we couldn't help but spread the love about Victoria Court. The Cirque room by the way is stunning, but I hope I get to see the Star Wars room when we come back soon!
